It provides resources and support for artists and researchers to delve deeper into their creative processes, fostering innovation, and pushing the boundaries of contemporary art in South Africa.

John-Michael Metelerkamp currently holds the artist residency at The Creatory in 223 Jan Smuts Creative Hub. As he transforms the space into his studio we invite you to come by and meet the artist and observe parts of his artistic process. Walk-in visiting hours are from 13:00-15:00 Thursday to Saturday or alternatively by appointment.
